Rupal Rathore is an architect, writer and yoga enthusiast based in India. Currently, she is pursuing an Architecture Communications and Business Development Internship with the New York/ Hong Kong-based company Future-Future.
She is a regular contributor of long-form articles at Disegno Journal and Damn Magazine that explore the intersections between design, culture and politics. Her writings have previously been published in LA Journal, Topos, My Liveable City, MONU and more.
Rupal graduated in 2018 from the Balwant Sheth School of Architecture (NMIMS), Mumbai and practices design under her studio The Native Platform from the quaint town of Udaipur. She is one of the 3 designers of the gardens of "life" and "power" surrounding Matrimandir, in the experimental township of Auroville.
